We want you to love your GreenPan cookware, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 60 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print immediately.
Pack Your Cookware
Carefully place the items in their original box or a sturdy shipping container, ensuring all lids and accessories are securely wrapped.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of being received at our warehouse.
